How do you bill?
Search Support Group bills clients by the hour. There are no large fees either up front or at the conclusion of an assignment. No administrative charges are billed either. We offer competitive pricing, depending on the requested service, and the level of difficulty.
Do you require a minimum amount of hours reserved for each individual project?
No, we customize projects to fit each client’s specific needs. We encourage clients to establish a reasonable budget with pre-determined project review discussions.
Do you take clients on retainer?
From time to time we do take clients on a retainer basis, depending on the size and scope of the assignment.
How do you obtain the names that you provide?
Search Support Group utilizes a variety of tools to obtain the names of potential candidates. Some of these tools include extensive telephone networking, directories, online memberships, college and professional alumni groups, and personal contacts.
How quickly will we see results?
We always strive for the fastest turn-around time, while continuing to deliver the quality of work for which Search Support Group is known. Since each project is customized, the timeframe vary by assignment.
How many people work at Search Support Group?
Our current team of 10 consists of experienced recruiters and researchers. Because of the depth of experience many of our staff can switch between recruitment and research as workflow demands. Additionally, we have administrative and support staff members.
What is the background of the firm's principals?
Our management team is comprised of experienced former corporate executives who collectively bring more than 40 years of experience in some of America's leading blue chip companies. Each has previously worked for national and international executive search firms and corporate human resource organizations. They have brought together a team of recruiting and research professionals trained in the latest technology for gathering, analyzing and reporting data about potential candidates.
As a client, do I "own" the names provided to me by Search Support Group?
Search Support Group grants ownership of research assignment results for two weeks. In order to provide a client with an advantage in regard to the sought-after candidates, these names will not be re-sold under any circumstances.
Who are your clients?
Our client list is almost split evenly between Corporations (Fortune 10 and smaller)who recognize the value proposition offered by our hourly billing concept and Executive Search firms (large international firms down through smaller boutique organizations) that value a relationship with one of the best research teams in the industry.
What does the finished product look like, and how will I receive it?
Our research reports are generally submitted to our clients via e-mail. Since all our work is customized to meet each client’s specific needs, we generally provide Excel Spreadsheets with the specific market data. However, depending on the assignment, Comprehensive Organizational Charts are also available. Regardless of the format, you own the research. This becomes a handy desk-side reference offering competitive intelligence and the opportunity to do subsequent recruitment for levels where it is not appropriate to go outside.
