Search Support Group’s recruiters follow industry trends in the marketplace, adding value to a client’s search needs. We offer Candidate Development/Sourcing, as a continuation of our research services or as a stand-alone solution to your recruiting needs. Through personal interviews, we explore a candidate’s background, current responsibilities and level of interest in the client’s position, narrowing the list of candidates to those that best match the criteria. While developing candidates we can work on a confidential or non- confidential basis depending on client circumstances. On confidential assignments we present the opportunity to interested candidates, only divulging information that the client requests.

Candidate Development/Sourcing

 

Upon completion of the candidate identification/name generation phase, Search Support Group can continue to narrow the pool of interested qualified candidates based on the client’s needs. One of our professional recruiters will screen the list of individuals through personal phone interviews, introducing the organization and the opportunity. We gather background information, resumes and prepare a candidate profile sheet. Development of candidates enhances the name generation phase of the process and provides value for any organization looking to outsource their recruiting needs.

 

Client Leads

 

Clients can choose to have Search Support Group contact client leads or referrals. Based on client information, our recruiters can locate those individuals and source them as described above.

 

Consultative Sourcing

 

Search Support Group also offers consultative sourcing services to clients requiring more detailed and customized information about the potential candidates, such as salary history information, initial interview scheduling, relocation issues, professional reference checks, pre-employment screening and any additional areas the client would like us to handle.
