No, we customize projects to fit each client’s specific needs. We encourage clients to establish a reasonable budget with pre-determined project review discussions.

 

Do you take clients on retainer?

 

From time to time we do take clients on a retainer basis, depending on the size and scope of the assignment.

Search Support Group utilizes a variety of tools to obtain the names of potential candidates. Some of these tools include extensive telephone networking, directories, online memberships, college and professional alumni groups, and personal contacts.

 

How quickly will we see results?

 

We always strive for the fastest turn-around time, while continuing to deliver the quality of work for which Search Support Group is known. Since each project is customized, the timeframes vary by assignment.

 

How many people work at Search Support Group?

 

Our current team of 10 consists of experienced recruiters and researchers. Because of the depth of experience many of our staff can switch between recruitment and research as workflow demands. Additionally, we have administrative and support staff members.

Our management team is comprised of experienced former corporate executives who collectively bring over 40 years of experience in some of America's leading blue chip companies. Each has previously worked for national and international executive search firms and corporate human resource departments. They have brought together a team of research professionals trained in the latest technology for gathering, analyzing and reporting data about potential candidates.

 

As a client, do I "own" the names provided to me by Search Support Group?

 

Search Support Group grants ownership of the results for two weeks. In order to provide a client with an advantage in regard to the sought-after candidates, these names will not be re-sold under any circumstances.

 

Who are your clients?

 

We provide research and sourcing information to executive search firms, Fortune 500 companies, the "Big 4" professional services firms, and smaller boutique firms.

 

What does the finished product look like, and how will I receive it?

 

Our research is generally submitted to the client via e-mail or fax in a word format. Once the assignment is complete a bound copy is sent to the client. This becomes a handy desk-side reference offering competitive intelligence and the opportunity to do subsequent recruitment for levels where it is not appropriate to go outside.
